The return policy depends on the type of product you purchase, depending on:
Memberships
In this case the monthly payment will not be charged immediately and you have 7 days of trial before making the first charge to the account. Within that period, you may cancel your account and the charge will not be made.
Courses
For courses you can request a refund up to 1 day before the start of the course.
Digital products
This type of product, “No Returns or Refunds” once the payment is validated, you will have access to the product and no possible returns or returns apply. If you have any problems during downloading, write to us and request that your product be sent to you via email.
Please also note that
- You can cancel your membership at any time and there will be no further charges from that date. However, there is no refund of charges made if cancellation occurs after the trial period.
- Bank fees doesn’t refunded.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
